Nomad est un constructeur Britannique de voitures de sport dont des monoplaces de Formule Ford. L'Italien Giovanni Romagnioli-Sacchi possède une Nomad FF 78 classe B de 1978 animée par un moteur Ford de 1600 cc, qu'il a customisé façon Ferrari 312 B3 comme celle que pilotait en 1973 Niki Lauda et Clay Regazzoni (cf. ci-après). Il n'y a pas d'appendices aéro (ailerons AV et AR) car c'était interdit sur la série Formula Ford, et les modifications en compétition historique sont relativement limitées.
La ressemblance est surprenante.. Giovanni a baptisé sa voiture Nomad Maranello FF (cf. ci-dessus). Nous l'avons interviewé à Albi le week-end passé, et il nous a déclaré qu'il fallait qu'une voiture soit belle, et qu'il fallait se faire plaisir, manifestement il ne venait pas pour se battre aux avant-postes...
