HMS (Historic Motors Studio)

L'ancienne organisation "Techno Classica Essen", s'est séparée en deux organisations distinctes : l' "Essen Motor Show" et le "Techno Classica Salon" à Dortmund. C'est ce dernier salon qui est présenté ici.

The former "Techno Classica Essen" organization split into two separate entities: the "Essen Motor Show" and the "Techno Classica Salon" in Dortmund. It is the latter event that is featured here.

La route des légendes, en était à sa troisième édition. Sous forme d'une courte liaison entre Versailles et Sète empruntant en grande partie l'ancienne RN20 l'épreuve est une commémoration des liaisons au départ des premiers Paris-Dakar. Deux marques Japonaises de véhicules sont présentes en nombre comme à l'époque, mais aussi comme pour les Dakar's modernes, à savoir : Toyota pour les voitures et Yamaha pour les motos.

The "Route des Légendes" was in its third edition. Taking the form of a short run between Versailles and Sète, largely following the old RN20 road, the event commemorates the liaison stages that marked the start of the early Paris-Dakar rallies. Two Japanese vehicle brands are present in force, just as they were back then, and as they are in modern Dakars : Toyota for cars and Yamaha for motorcycles.

Ça se passe tous les deux ans dans le parc du château de Chantilly, c'est le rassemblement "Art & Élégance" avec une exposition sur les pelouses et un concours d'élégance.
Comme toujours c'était une belle manifestation de véhicules historiques, certains sont des exemplaires rares voir uniques.

Held every two years in the grounds of the Château de Chantilly, the "Art & Elegance" event features an exhibition on the lawns and a concours d'élégance.
As always, it was a magnificent showcase of historic vehicles, some of which are rare or even one of a kind examples.

La rétrospective Raymond Sommer sur le circuit de Cadours-Lareole avait lieu les 5 et 6 septembre courant, trois plateaux voitures et un plateau moto étaient à l'affiche.

The Raymond Sommer retrospective at the Cadours-Lareole circuit took place on September 5 and 6; the program featured three car classes and one motorcycle class.

Début septembre c'est le salon Auto-Moto Classic au centre des expositions de Toulouse le MEET qui se situe à Aussonne près de Blagnac. Beau salon avec une grande variété d'Automobiles et de Motos, où l'on remarquait un petit déficit de véhicules historiques au profit de "Youngtimers", cela semble malheureusement être dans l'air du temps pour toutes ces manifestions.

In early September, the Auto-Moto Classic show took place at the MEET exhibition center in Toulouse (located in Aussonne, near Blagnac). It was a fine event featuring a wide variety of cars and motorcycles, though there was a noticeable slight shortage of vintage vehicles in favor of "Youngtimers", a trend that, unfortunately, seems to be the norm for such events these days.

A l'occasion de la fête locale il s'organise tous les ans un rassemblement automobile autour de la halle du XIIIème siècle. Une bonne centaine de véhicules étaient de la partie.

For the local festival, a car gathering is organized every year around the 13th-century market hall. Well over a hundred vehicles took part.

Ce RdV du mois d'août, compte tenu de manifestations festives au centre du village a été exceptionnellement déplacé à coté la de la Mairie.
